Esta capacitaci\u00f3n es fruto del trabajo mancomunado entre el SICONARA, la SRT y la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Laboral de la CGT y parte del deseo de promover el di\u00e1logo, el intercambio y una mayor cooperaci\u00f3n en el universo de los\/as trabajadores\/as del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
El curso tiene por objeto brindar informaci\u00f3n sobre el Sistema de Riesgos del Trabajo y los mecanismos para la prevenci\u00f3n. A su vez, propone herramientas para la participaci\u00f3n de los\/las trabajadores\/as en la mejora de las condiciones y el medio ambiente de trabajo.<\/p>\n
Cabe destacar que este beneficio otorgado por nuestro gremio se traduce en una oportunidad inestimable para nuestros\/as afiliados\/as, ya que al finalizar la capacitaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1n:
\n* Conocer y ejercer sus derechos ante un accidente de trabajo o enfermedad profesional, en tanto aspectos preventivos como reparatorios.
\n* Identificar peligros y riesgos laborales y los m\u00e9todos para su prevenci\u00f3n.
\n* Reconocer la importancia de adoptar h\u00e1bitos y conductas preventivas.
\n* Incorporar conocimientos referidos a la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.
\n* Valerse de los comit\u00e9s mixtos y mesas de trabajo cuatripartitas para la consolidaci\u00f3n de la salud y seguridad en el \u00e1mbito laboral.
\n* Conocer las funciones, forma de trabajo y material generado por las mesas cuatripartitas del Programa Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n de Rama de Actividad (PRONAPRE).
\n* Aprender sobre los alcances de la Ley Complementaria de Riesgos del Trabajo N\u00b0 27.348 y el rol de las Comisiones M\u00e9dicas como v\u00eda de acceso para resguardar el ejercicio de sus derechos.<\/p>\n
